Girlstart’s mission is to empower girls through STEM. We envision a future where all who identify as girls believe they have the potential to change their world through STEM. We are a national women-led organization, offering year-round out-of-school STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) programming for girls in grades 4-8 in Texas, California, Massachusetts, and other locations across the country. Founded in 1997, Girlstart is one of the longest-running programs devoted to empowering girls in STEM. Our comprehensive programs are designed to engage, increase confidence, and introduce STEM careers to girls who have been historically marginalized by providing meaningful, hands-on STEM programming through after school, summer camps, and other community events.

Energize your kid’s creativity and confidence with our new Camp Invention® program, Recharge! Campers in grades K-6 will collaborate with friends in hands-on, open-ended STEM challenges. They’ll take apart a microphone to explore its inner workings, build and test a device to launch rubber ducks, and design morphing vehicles for the Super Road Rally! Each activity is designed to inspire curiosity, spark imaginations and give your young innovator the best summer ever. We make it our mission to spark imaginative learning! Mad science is the leading science enrichment provider for children in pre-kindergarten through grade 5. We deliver unique, hands-on science experiences to children.

STEM camps are fun at Code4Bots! Campers explore, build and code all types of robots such as Vehicles, Dinosaurs, Animals and Humanoids to name a few. In our camps, students will: explore visual programming with the award winning Jimu™ and LEGO® software, build robots that use servo motors, program and utilize different sensors, as well as develop structural design skills all while having fun. Code4Bots a Robotics and Coding learning center, was founded with a very specific purpose in mind; to enable and empower our future generations to have the skills necessary to succeed. We accomplish this by cultivating a genuine interest in STEM and guiding our students thru the challenging maze of programming languages and robotics modules.
