Helotes Area Community Band Free Concert

The Helotes Area Community Band, under the direction of Charles Kuentz, Jr., was organized in 2008 with seven members and has grown to over 70 members.

The Band plays all kinds of music, depending on the venue, from children's songs to complex classical arrangements.
The Band is comprised of musicians from teenagers to senior citizens and includes all abilities, ranging from high school students to band directors and professionals. The Band welcomes new members from Helotes and surrounding communities who would like to enjoy playing great music with others and are not afraid of a little hard work and dedication.
