2023 Day of the Dead San Antonio River Parade

Join us at the San Antonio River Walk for the Day of the Dead River Parade. See elaborately decorated floats with altars, catrinas, and costumed riders all celebrating life and loved ones. What better place to commemorate this celebration than right here in beautiful San Antonio?
26 decorated barges will parade down the river that runs through the heart of our magnificent city along the River Walk. Each barge represents a different figure or tradition associated with the Day of the Dead.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 10:00 am
You can find a parade map on the ticket site.
Children 2 years of age or older will need a ticket. Strollers and carriers are not allowed on the River Walk for this event.
If you are interested in dinner/ticket packages for this event, please contact River Walk restaurants and hotels.
