SMASH is a non-intimidating boutique studio with fun diverse styles of dance fitness classes for all levels. SMASH helps you feel like you are visiting your second home when you workout with us. You will always be welcomed by our friendly helpful staff and our SMASH instructors, who each have a positive passion for what they teach, will have you feeling comfortable and motivated. Our goal is to help you be happy, healthy, and fit while having fun.

SMASH provides a positive active outlet for children to learn to dance in a safe environment that helps raise confidence. We keep our costs low and affordable for parents with the help of Project SMASH Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. The children perform in 2 showcases for charity a year.
