Young People's Concerts: Tricentennial San Antonio

Three hundred years and counting – Happy Anniversary, San Antonio! Join us as we explore our city’s colorful history and rich cultural background through symphonic music. Program to include music from the 1960 film The Alamo, as well as works by De Falla, Dvořák, Copland, Ruggles and more. Be sure to have students participate in the ever-popular Paint to Music Contest presented in conjunction with this program – winning artwork will be projected above the orchestra at the concert!
