The Children’s Ballet of San Antonio Hosts Open Auditions for Sleeping Beauty

Calling all dancers and performers: If you’ve ever wanted to share the stage with international dance superstars, then you do NOT want to sleep on the open auditions for the upcoming production of Sleeping Beauty.
Held by the award-winning Children’s Ballet of San Antonio, this very special production marks the first time that American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancers Skylar Brandt and Herman Cornejo will bring their unmatched skill and talent to a CBSA production—and to the Alamo City! This is a rare opportunity for local youth to perform with these critically acclaimed and award-winning world-class artists. Auditions will take place at the Dance Center of San Antonio on Saturday, January 28, from 12:00-5 p.m.
All dancers, gymnasts, actors, vocalists and performing artists ages 3-19, including those with special needs, are invited to register for an audition time online. All performers will be cast in roles that showcase and highlight their individual talents and strengths, while opening their eyes to possibilities and experiences beyond their wildest dreams.
