Join the San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department for an evening of tricks and treats, pumpkins and sweets! The annual Farmer Fred's Harvest Fall Carnival will be held on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25 from 6-9 PM at City Park. Featuring free games, prizes, candy, a children's costume contest and more, this event is fun for the whole family!
