Fear and pressures of disappointing loved ones can slowly sneak in and cause strain. Be reassured that a few simple communication techniques can alleviate these pressures while putting the health of your marriage and family first.
Welcome hope this season with Annie Viers as she walks us through how to love your marriage and family well. Annie Viers is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 18 years of experience focused on marriage and family. Join Annie as she shares expert tips on how to avoid relational stress, but rather find joy in making shared decisions regarding family, friends, and traditions this holiday season.
This mini workshop offers an opportunity to enter into the Christmas season with a prepared perspective on how to create peace and prosperity instead of frustration and disappointment.
You will learn:
- Communication basics to help manage conversation about holiday expectations
- How to make compromises that promote a peaceful holiday season
Create new family traditions while honoring treasured family traditions from the past. Approach your holiday season feeling equipped with new knowledge and inspired toward togetherness and merriment in the season.

Annie Viers is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is also certified as a P.R.E.P.A.R.E and E.N.R.I.C.H./S.Y.M.B.I.S. facilitator, counseling programs that provide premarital counseling and/or marriage enrichment. Annie is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Annie has a love for working with couples and families, as well as with adolescents and their parents.
