Parenting requires a multitude of skills but often comes without training. Raising Highly Capable Kids is an insightful resource that equips parents to build thriving, healthy families.
Join Margaret Judson for a intimate look through Raising Highly Capable Kids. Encounter powerful statistics and how resourceful parenting can help your kids do well in school, be civically engaged, and value diversity. Using the 40 developmental assets and interactive examples, Margaret will share tools in how to help our children, and youth of our community, avoid risky behaviors and strive toward success.
Raising Highly Capable kids is a resource you won’t want to be without!
The YMCA provides childcare for MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS for this event.
However, the following requirements apply:
Childcare provision for ages 6 weeks to 6 years only
Parents needing childcare MUST CALL the YMCA 24 hours in advance to RSVP their child. Calling beyond the deadline may result in childcare unavailable.

Margaret Judson currently serves as the President of a local Independent School District Board of Trustees. She is an official point person for Raising Highly Capable Kids and works with UnicitySA, a Christ-centered city transformation organization that brings people, ideas, and resources together to address the pressing needs in the San Antonio community.
