Over 19 hours of on-ice instruction. The program will focus on Dynamic Skating and Puck Control derived from Russian and European Progression Training Systems that consistently produce the highest skilled and best conditioned hockey players in the world. Using our "Gym on Ice" program, players will work with Skating Carousels, Parallel Bars and Springboards to reinforce total body balance, coordination, edge control and dynamic puck control.
All players who attend the camp will receive a Smarthockey Jersey, the Smarthockey 6oz Off-Ice Puck, 4oz Slider Puck, Smarthockey Original, Mini & Maxx Training Balls, and Smarthockey 55mm Street Hockey Ball. ($90 value)
