Junior CHEF: A Night in Rome! – Distance Learning

Nothing beats a home-cooked, Italian dinner! This distance learning cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Recipes are based on the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum.

Ingredient box provided with everything junior chefs need to make ratatouille, cannellini salad, and berries and cream tiramisu. A weblink and instructions on how to pick up your box will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of class. A computer and internet connection are required. Ages 6-12. Adult supervision required during class.
Fee: $35 ($31.50 member), includes ingredient box; $20 ($18 member) includes instruction and grocery list. Registration deadline is 72 hours prior to event
