Windcrest PD Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Spooktacular

The Windcrest Police Department would like to invite you to join them this Halloween as they host the 7th annual WPD Trunk-or-Treat Spooktacular on October 31, 2019!

Windcrest PD will have patrol cars loaded with candy for all trick-or-treaters. The Windcrest Fire Department will set up a Haunted House in the fire bay. The City will have special Halloween movie will be playing outside the Haunted House. This is a family friendly event that provides a safe way for you and your kids/grand-kids to celebrate Halloween.
