Windcrest's Annual 4th of July Parade

Participant or Vendor Interest
If you are interested in participating in the parade or becoming a vendor, please complete the Participant/Vendor Interest Form down below.
Be a part of our parade and participate in our contest. Judging will be on the following categories: Best Group/Organization Represented/Best Decorated Car/Best Decorated Float/Most Spirited, Best Patriotic Pet, and Best in Show for Theme!
All vendors will also need to get a temporary permit by filling out the Temporary Vendor Permit application. All vendor fees will be waived for this event. The Temporary Vendor Permit application will be provided in a follow up email after submitting the Interest Form down below.
Food Vendors must also submit a Sales Tax Certificate and a Food Handlers Certificate along with their Temporary Vendor Permit application.
Food and Craft Vendors will be provided with a 10'x10' area. Vendors must bring their own canopy, table, and chairs. Electrical connections will not be provided. We recommend you bring your own electrical source if necessary. Vendors can begin setting up on July 3rd and must be set up by 8:00 AM on July 4th.
Please send your completed Temporary Permit application and a copy of your driver's license/ID to permits@windcrest-tx.gov or bring them by the City Hall at 8601 Midcrown Dr.
