The International School of San Antonio (ISSA) is a private language immersion full-curriculum primary school. Beginning with three-year-olds, our comprehensive program offers well-rounded rigorous education that meets and exceeds Texas state education standards and is delivered in either Mandarin Chinese, French, or Spanish. Instruction in English is added in Pre-K and is increased in elementary school to enable full bi-literacy. A third language of choice, music, arts, science, and physical education are also included in the curriculum. Small class sizes allow for more interaction with and attention from the teacher. Children will graduate ISSA as biliterate global citizens and will be ready for middle school in any of the two acquired languages.
