Chess (Grades 1-5)

Scholastic Chess is growing rapidly as a mind sport because parents and kids recognize it as a really fun way to use their brain. Chess promotes critical thinking skills like decision making, logical analysis, strategic planning, concentration and spatial reasoning. Whether your child is a beginner, they play for fun, or are an experienced competitor, this course will help them get to the next level and have fun doing it. Instruction provided by Castle Chess of San Antonio.
