Childs' Play Summer Camp

The camp is centered around analog (non-electronic) gaming with games that will link to and build on your child's logical reasoning skills, academic skills in reading and math, and social skills!
This camp is also founded and run by, you guessed it, a Texas certified teacher.
Attendees will receive $50 worth of cool stuff we call Loot throughout the week!
Sign-up for all 5 days of camp will include a $10 gift card to D Pad, our partnering store for Summer Camp this year! Each day of Childs’ Play Summer Camp is themed and includes snacks and a drink ($2 Value per day), special staff-led activities, featured games taught by staff, and Loot for your child to go home with!
Children may dress up for the theme every day if they choose!
The main objective of Childs' Play Summer Camp is to have fun and grow the love of analog gaming and geekery in the community!
Schedule
Disney Munchkin's Monday
- Activity: Learn-To-Play Munchkin and Wonderland Munchkin!
- Featured Games: Classic Munchkin, Wonderland Munchkin, Disney Codenames, Disney Trivia, and Disney Charades
- Loot: Munchkin Booster Pack and Munchkin Promos
Dungeons & Dragons Tuesday
- Activity: Dungeons & Dragons Learn-To-Play Campaign!
- Features Games: Dungeons & Dragons, Three Cheers for Master, Dungeon Roll, and Chupacabra
- Loot: 7-set of polyhedral dice (to be used during D&D)
Pokemon Wednesday
- Activities: Learn How to Play the Pokemon Trading Card Game!
- Featured Game: Pokemon Trading Card Game
- Loot: Pokemon TCG Starter Deck (to be used during Learn-to-Play)
Superhero Thursday
- Activity: Learn-to-Play Heroclix, the game of battling superheroes!
- Featured Games: Heroclix, Dice Masters, DC Deckbuilder, and Spiderman Jenga
- Loot: Heroclix Figure
Favorite Fandom Friday
- Activity: Favorite Fandom Character Perler Make and Take led by Cherrybead
- Featured Games: Cartoon Network Fluxx, Who's the Scariest?: a Dr. Who card game, Series of Unfortunate Events the board game, The Hobbit card game, Nintendo Uno, and we will bring back some favorite games from throughout the week!
