Halloween Carnival and Spooky Walk at Parman Branch Library

Come in costume or come as you are, but either way, be sure to visit the Parman Library for our annual Halloween festivities. Our carnival features games for kids of all ages, crafts, puppet shows, photo op. Join us if you dare on our trail which will be transformed into the outdoor haunted house Free Event. No registration required.
