Grab your little ghouls and goblins and take them to Shops at Rivercenter for the fun-sized version of Haunted River. Families will enjoy trick-or-treating, face painting, DJ music, a river parade and a family-friendly costume contest. Kids 17 and under can enter as individuals, and siblings and families can enter the family costume category. The party is from 6-9:30pm.
