Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks

Join us for the Helotes Independence Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 3rd! Gates open at 6:00 p.m. sharp at the Helotes Festival Grounds (12210 Leslie Road). This is a FREE community event you won't want to miss!

Here are some important reminders to make sure everyone has a fantastic time:
Bring your chairs or blankets: Get comfy and enjoy the spectacular fireworks display!
No outside food, drinks, or coolers: We've got you covered with a wide variety of delicious food and drink vendors on-site!
Leave your pets at home: Only service animals will be permitted within the event area to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Vendor registration will open on Tuesday, May 28 at 10:00 AM
The following four booth types will be available on a first-come, first-served basis: Tent, Permanent (open sides), Permanent (closed sides), or Food Truck Space.
Registration Tip: A Sales & Use Tax number is required. Please have your Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit ready to upload.
Registration closes June 21st at midnight
