Juneteenth Celebrations!

Our Juneteenth Celebration is on June 21st!! Come celebrate this national holiday with us at this family-friendly event! Festivities will include food, music, crafts, painting, engagement with local vendors, and much more!
We’re celebrating Juneteenth on Saturday, June 21st from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Westside Library and Community Center!

Join us, along with the New Braunfels Martin Luther King, Jr. Association, for a day filled with music, culture, and community.
Here’s what’s happening:
- Opening remarks from Bishop Michael Franklin at 10:00 AM
- Storytimes in the library at 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM
- Live music from the Dirty River Jazz Band
- Free snow cones
- Crafts & activities in the gym
- Community partners and engagement with the Tri-County Panhellenic Council
This is a free, family-friendly event celebrating freedom, unity, and heritage. We hope to see you there!
