After the incredible success of our International STEM Day Open House, we’re thrilled to keep the momentum going!
We are excited to launch a 2-day, hands-on Middle-School Exploration Bootcamp at Alamo BioCenter!
This workshop is designed to take young scientists to the next level with real lab skills, safe experiments, and interactive biotech activities — all tailored for 6th–8th graders.
Dates: December 13–14, 2025
Time: 10 AM – 1 PM
Location: Alamo Biocenter, San Antonio
Format: In-person, interactive labs
Limited spots — Registration required
Students will:
Stain and observe cells
Practice safe pipetting and lab techniques
Visualize the microscopic world
Extract DNA
