Why wait until midnight? Celebrate the New Year with your family at our Noon Year's Eve Party! Perfect for kids and those who want to ring in the New Year early. Countdown to the “Noon Year” with music, dancing, and a balloon drop on December 31 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
