Summer Solstice - Rudi & the Rudiments at Cave Without a Name

Enjoy an eclectic blend of contemporary acoustic songs, soaring vocals, dynamic instrumentation, and improvisation celebrating the Summer Solstice. Singer/songwriter Rudi Harst (guitar, flute, dulcimer, harmonica, Tibetan bowls) will be accompanied by Ray Palmer (acoustic guitar, synthesizer), Kevin Lewis (bass), Dan Klein (trombone, conch), Kiko Guerrero (cajon), Michael Madison (djembe), and Carl Rush (percussion) with vocals by award-winning actress and vocalist, Anna Gangai.

Some of this concert will be performed in total darkness, illuminated by periods of flickering candlelight, with songs and visuals focused on the interplay of dark and light, which marks the Summer Solstice. Except for the year 2020, due to Covid restrictions, Rudi and his band have performed annual solstice concerts in the cave since 2002.
Note: Music in the Cave events will be held without social distancing. Masks are optional. With your purchase of tickets, you are indicating your acceptance of the risks involved regarding limited social distancing and mask optional.
