YOSA Summer Symphony Camp – Week 3
July 7–11, 2025
The grand finale of YOSA Summer Symphony Camp is here! Week 3 is packed with exciting opportunities for young musicians of all levels—from elementary students exploring music for the first time to high schoolers looking for a challenging orchestral experience. This is the perfect way to wrap up the summer with music, fun, and new friendships!
Band Camp
For students ages 13-18
For young woodwind, brass, and percussion players, this camp is all about sharpening skills, making music with friends, and learning from top local pros and experienced educators. The week ends with a high-energy concert showcasing everything campers have learned!
High School String Orchestra Camp
For students ages 13-18
Calling all high school string players! This is the most musically advanced summer orchestra experience in South Texas, offering exciting repertoire, expert coaching, and an inspiring week of rehearsals led by YOSA faculty conductors. The camp culminates in a final concert performance, celebrating a week of hard work and incredible music-making!
Exploring Music for Elementary Students
For students ages 7-10
Perfect for young beginners, this camp offers a fun, interactive introduction to music! Campers will listen, sing, and explore a variety of musical instruments in a welcoming environment—no prior experience needed! It’s a fantastic way to spark a lifelong love of music.
