The Toddler Games Freedom Fest

There will be several age appropriate games, for kids from 2 to 5 years old, to compete in to earn raffle tickets, which can possibly win prizes. All kids will get a ribbon for participating, so no kid leaves empty handed!
Some of the exciting games will include: fishing, bowling, ring toss, golf, hurdles, stick-pony races, potato sack races, javelin throw, and many more!
Event Details:
SPECIAL online early registration pricing (available now until 5-19-18):
*Entry Fee of $35.00 covers one toddler participant & one parent/custodian and includes
a free t-shirt for the child.
*Entry Fee of $45.00 covers one toddler participant & one parent/custodian and includes
a free t-shirt for the child and the adult.
*Individual adult t-shirts are $10.00.
Late registration pricing (available 5-20-18 until 6-16-18):
*Entry Fee of $45.00 covers one toddler participant & one parent/custodian and includes
a free t-shirt for the child.
*Entry Fee of $55.00 covers one toddler participant & one parent/custodian and includes
a free t-shirt for the child and the adult.
*Individual adult t-shirts are $20.00.
Spectator entry fees are $5.00 per person over 4 years old at the gate.
All games are unisex.
There is a strict zero tolerance policy preventing anyone from using foul language and/or showing aggressive or demeaning behavior. If anyone violates this policy they will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund.
Each toddler participant must have an adult accompanying them during the entire event. This is limited to one adult only. All other adults and other children must stay in the spectator sections of the game play areas only.
The games have set HEATS, so upon registration make sure to sign up for the time you want, so you arrive on time. Each HEAT will also have a pre-determined Prize Raffle start time, so make sure you are aware of the time you need to be at the prize area. (Upon registration onsite you will receive all details.)
Each game attempted earns 1 raffle ticket and each game completed earns 2 raffle tickets.
Extra raffle tickets can be purchased for $1.00 per ticket. Remember to buy tickets for the prize raffle round of your choice; you can buy them for as many prize raffle rounds as you choose.
DISCLAIMERS:
All children must be current on their required age-specific vaccines and must have a clear bill of health from their healthcare provider in order to attend the event & participate.
Although several precautions have been taken to secure the area for the event, we are not liable for any damages, health issues, and/or other concerns that arise during or after the event.
All photos and/or videos taken at the event are property of Guardian Events & Storage LLC and may be used for future marketing purposes.
No refunds for any reason including but not limited to Acts of God.
