Yellow Ribbon Project is a thoughtful way to honor those who serve! Yellow ribbons are hung on trees along the River Walk as a highlight of the annual Armed Forces River Parade on May 20. Ribbons are sold from April 3-30 and displayed through parade day. Honorees names will instantly appear on the River Walk website through parade day. Purchases may be made through the day of the parade, however, only those purchases made prior to April 28 will also be printed in the parade program. Yellow Ribbons will be displayed on the trees along the River Walk May 6th-May 19th. Proceeds from ribbon sales are used to underwrite the Armed Forces River Parade, which is free and open to the public. Ribbons purchased online at www.TheSanAntonioRiverWalk.com for $5 each.
