The JCC offers a variety of sports and enrichment classes for children at all ages and stages of life, including basketball, soccer, tennis, theatre, yoga, reading, music, dance, art, golf, aquatics, and more.

Youth Conditioning at the JCC

This program is designed for Elementary kids from Pre-K thru 5th Grade, ANY fitness level that wants to get up and moving and burn off energy, build a little strength, mobility and conditioning while learning the basics of exercise and fitness. Agility, HIIT, Plyometrics, Balance and Strength will all be part of the program. A variety of modalities will be utilized to keep this class fresh, fun and energized while helping our youth build confidence through fitness.

Music Masters

Music Masters School is a unique program of classes in which children sing, move, play percussion instruments, develop a strong rhythmic sense and listening skills, while acquiring a strong foundation of music theory, learning to read notes, and learning to play piano/keyboard.

Ballet, jazz, and tap technique will be the focus of this high-energy class. Dancers will develop technique, vocabulary, coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and dance combinations in specific styles of each discipline of dance. Performance skills will be developed while instilling self-confidence in each child in an exciting and nurturing environment. For K-3
