Working with 175 partners, we are committed to utilizing data and aligning resources to create equitable systems and ensuring all young people in Bexar County are ready for the future. Using a collective impact model, we bring leaders together to design solutions for students. Each partner brings their own resources, expertise and data to make sure we look at the full picture of a student’s experience when making policies. Our policy and strategy decisions are based on shared data that’s broken down by race, ethnicity, gender, geography, and income.

FutureReadySA.org is an online platform that gives young people opportunities to expand their skills online and rewards them with badges from school districts, non-profits and other institutions across the city. In short, a badge is an online representation of a skill or accomplishment. Students earn badges through an online platform in partnership with their school, club, or organization. When the badge is earned, the badging tool allows students to share their accomplishments through social media, a digital portfolio on Future Ready SA, and various types of media.
