2025 Holiday Camp at the DoSeum - Mind Over Matter (Ages 8-11)

In our Mind Over Matter, learners will explore fun and research-backed mental wellness skills to discover the power of a peaceful mind and self-regulation. This camp was developed in collaboration with mental health experts and includes techniques pulled from yoga, group activities, and creative expression. In our supportive and nurturing environment, campers can explore mindfulness, build inner strength, and develop lifelong skills to manage stress and emotions—all while having a blast with new friends. Join us for a week of balance, calm, and lots of fun!
