Summer Camp is a series of 6-day/5-night sessions for children and adults, aged 5 to 55 years, with mild to severe disabilities (including medical, physical, intellectual, and developmental). Siblings aged 5-13 years without a disability may attend as well! Summer Camp sessions are held at Camp CAMP in Center Point, Texas, on a beautiful 55-acre property along the Guadalupe River. CAMP modifies traditional summer camp activities to meet the unique needs of each camper. Campers have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities such as canoeing, horse interactions, swimming, music, sports & recreation, arts & crafts, and outdoor cooking. While at Summer Camp, campers are assigned to a Tribe based on gender and age. Here they are partnered with a trained counselor who provides a caring and supportive environment for the camper while fostering the social development of campers and their connections with peers. CAMP’s cabins are large, climate-controlled, and wheelchair-accessible. Meals can be modified to accommodate most special dietary needs. Each camper’s medical needs and medication administration are overseen by healthcare professionals.

Campers will learn to use digital cameras, how to edit audio, video, and produce content that is not just unique, but interesting to their audience.

Storied Summer at The Cibolo The best stories stay with you forever. This summer, we invite your camper to create their own unforgettable chapter at The Cibolo! Join us for a storied summer filled with games, outdoor activities, hiking, archery, songs, and so much more—all while exploring nature at The Cibolo. Campers will learn the unique story of The Cibolo, from the cypress trees that hold the very ground in place to the butterflies and bees that bring our gardens to life. Along the way, they’ll forge friendships, embark on adventures, and create memories that will enrich their own story for years to come. Let’s make this summer one for the books! Joining us for Art Camp? Campers will get to unleash their creativity while using nature as a tool. Projects include painting with nature, crafting nature theaters, and much more!

Campers will get a taste of moding (modifications) of one of their favorite games: Minecraft.

AHGA is coming alive with our Summer Jive 25 camp. Join us for a day, week, or the entire summer for lots of gymnastics, cheerleading, dance , trampoline and more. Ages 5 and up $55 per day $265 week. 8am -6pm. Pack snacks, lunch and a refillable water bottle.
